“Cook With Citrus and Ginger To Burn Fat!

The second and third on our list of the best foods to eat to lose weight are…Vitamin C & Citric Acid are the key components of citrus and they happen to both work together to help us burn more fat. Citric Acid actually can break down the fat molecules so they are more likely to be flushed out from the body.  While Vitamin C itself speeds up the process of burning fat. Try to make sure your diet includes a variety of fruits, especially Citrus fruits and you can get a double duty result: Help to keep that cold away AND in turn will burn fat!

Ginger is usually used as a spice or a side to certain foods..but if you can make sure to add this into your healthy diet you can get a great benefit! Ginger is a vasodilator, which means that it opens up the blood vessels and improves blood circulation which in turn can assist us with an increase in metabolism.  This in turn makes it a major player in the list of food that burns belly fat.  Try experimenting with new dishes, like a Mandarin Orange salad with Ginger dressing and you’ll see it is easy to combine citrus and ginger for some great flavors that compliment each other all the while helping your body stay healthy!  Throw in some Avocado to your salad and you are adding a BIG help to your fat burning machine! Avocado is made up of the good for you fat which curbs appetite.  Adding it into a citrus, ginger salad would be the perfect compliment, not too mention it’s full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.”
